Hi, I’m Prathamesh.

I am an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and I was a wealth manager for some of the wealthiest Indian families.

This blog is an effort to educate, explain, simplify many personal finance topics like investments, goal-planning, diversification, insurances, budgeting and many other things. I hope reading those articles will help you reach a point where you will be able to decide all by yourself what is and is not the right financial decision for you.

Cheers! šŸŽ‰

Help us build something better:

For the past few months, I am working on building a highly personalized personal finance app with a team of some great people. We want it to be useful for everyday Indians like you and me. Presently our feeling is that we are constantly being bombarded with generic tools, which seldom ask us what we want. More often than not, these platforms confuse us more than they provide clarity. So we are combining technology, our talents in tech and markets with our good intentions, trying to bring a much much better platform into reality.

But here’s the thing – though we are working hard to build something for you, it will be pointless if we don’t ask what you want. Without your help, we risk creating a not-very-useful app or worse – an app that you have already seen and rejected.

So, we will be giving the access to our platform to some of you guys to get your feedback before we launch it for the public. If you’d like to help us, please share your info here. We will share the app when it’s ready on the contact details you provide. Your feedback just might help us get it right! We don’t and won’t spam you, or share your info with third parties. It helps neither of us. So please rest assured on that front.

I am an IIM Bangalore alumnus. I was wealth manager for some of the riches HNI-UHNI families in India. Then I decided to venture out on my own to bring that expertise for everyday Indians. I am working to make highest-grade investment advisory accessible to every Indian. IMO the lesser the welath someone has, the more they can benefit from professional guidance. I like to write and talk about everything finace - investing, insurance, debt management, behavioral finance and so on. When I am not writing, I am making educational videos. And when I am not doing that either, I am catching up with the lates comedy or thriller shows and movies.
